Current offering

SiloCarrier currently provides a controlled, non-production sandbox for US local voice-number activation. Features, inventory, pricing, and availability may change before a production release.

Account access

You must use an authorized SiloID tied to an active carrier tenant. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Provisioning

Number search results are not reservations. A selected number is not active until required payment confirmation and provisioning steps finish successfully. Do not rely on a number until the portal shows it as assigned and active.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or high-volume automated activity, or attempt to bypass service, payment, identity, security, or provisioning controls.

Emergency calling

The current sandbox does not include E911. Do not use or represent the service as a substitute for emergency calling.

Availability

Sandbox services are provided for evaluation and may be interrupted, modified, or withdrawn. Production service commitments require separate published terms.
