Customer support

Know where your
service stands.

Use the customer portal for authoritative order, payment, provisioning, number, endpoint, and capability status. The guidance below explains the next action without exposing credentials.

01

Sign-in assistance

Use the SiloID associated with your active carrier organization. If your identity belongs to more than one active tenant, an administrator must confirm the correct membership.

02

Orders and payments

A number selection creates a tracked request; it does not purchase service by itself. The portal displays checkout and payment confirmation separately so you always know whether provisioning can begin.

03

Provisioning status

Follow the exact request in Payment & Provisioning. Avoid duplicate orders while a job is awaiting payment, approval, assignment, testing, or provider completion.

04

Calling and device readiness

Confirm the endpoint is Online, then run microphone, speaker, and camera checks. An assigned number can ring only when its authorized endpoint has obtained a short-lived credential and registered.

05

SMS, MMS, and E911

These capabilities have independent activation states. A visible screen or menu does not mean the service is active; rely on the capability status shown for the assigned number.

06

Escalating an issue

Include your tenant ID, order or provisioning job ID, affected number, timestamp, and the exact error message. Never send a password, provider token, API secret, or full payment credential.
