SiloGateway supplies the number, network route, API, endpoint, and operational controls required to launch communications for a person, business, application, or white-label service.
Search and provision numbers for individual users, organizations, support lines, applications, and national customer access. Availability and capabilities are verified before an order advances.
Assign caller identity, route incoming calls, register authorized endpoints, and place calls through short-lived RTC credentials. Use SiloMobile or connect an approved embedded or white-label terminal.
Use server-mediated APIs for number lifecycle, endpoint authorization, call records, usage, and service status. Provider secrets stay behind SiloGateway; customer applications receive only scoped, short-lived access.

Messaging capability is activated per number and use case. Supported deployments include inbound callbacks, outbound messaging, delivery status, media handling, opt-out enforcement, and customer-visible history.
Emergency calling is a separate verified activation. A number is not represented as E911-ready until its address, routing, provider state, and customer acknowledgement have passed the required checks.

Orders progress through explicit search, selection, payment, approval, provisioning, assignment, testing, and activation states. Customers can see what is complete, what is pending, and what action is required.
The portal shows the actual voice, SMS, MMS, and E911 state attached to each number. Services remain closed until the applicable commercial, regulatory, routing, and testing gates are complete.
