Information we process

SiloCarrier processes identity and tenant information needed to secure portal access, carrier service requests, assigned numbers, call and message metadata where enabled, usage, billing references, and service settings.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and secure carrier services, process requests and payments, show account activity, prevent abuse, troubleshoot service, and meet applicable operational or legal obligations.

Authentication and payments

SiloID handles portal authentication. Secure checkout and billing services process payment details; SiloCarrier does not need to display full payment-card data in the carrier portal.

Retention and security

Records are retained only as needed for service delivery, security, billing, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Access is tenant-scoped and carrier credentials are not exposed through the customer portal.

Your choices

Customers can manage supported notification and timezone settings in the portal. Account or data questions should be submitted through the applicable Silo support channel.

We may update this notice as services mature. The effective date above identifies the current version.
